STB Issue
STB ISSUE
STB Issue service can categorize, report, and filter on STB Issues like “Activate Your Service”, “Upgrade to Add Channel”, “Enter PIN”, etc…
When verification fails send to “STB Issue Service”. The “STB Issue Service” will be configured with different “STB Issue” items
Each “STB Issue” will have a field for marking “Fail” or “Skip” when the STB Issue is detected.
Each error message result will have a Yellow Flag with the corresponding error message that was detected.
STB issue in Verification results display as “Skipped” or “Failed” just like in Network Scanning Results
User can Filter the STB Issue in Verifications page
The Problem field in both Verification data and Scan data would show the problem
