Tmc Callback Split Signal

Description

The TMC Callback Split Signal Workflow is responsible for handeling callbacks from the probe. This workflow has access to many API's responsible for managing the state of the probe. This feedback works in conjunction with the Filter Service to inform the other services which probes are in a playing status and waiting for a trap message coming from the Ad Insertion Gear.
